Welcome to EduPulse! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching services, website, and any other content or services provided by EduPulse (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if you are under the age of 18. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Coaching Services

EduPulse offers various coaching programs, including but not limited to leadership development, career coaching, executive coaching, and organizational development. Each coaching program is designed to cater to the unique needs of individuals and organizations. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to help us provide effective coaching.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for coaching services are outlined on the EduPulse website and are subject to change. By booking a session or program, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of booking. Payments are due in full prior to the start of any coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and professional information. Any personal data or coaching information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless we are required to disclose it by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to participate in coaching sessions in good faith, act on feedback provided, and complete any assigned tasks. You are responsible for the success of your coaching journey and for setting and working towards your goals. EduPulse is not responsible for any failure to achieve desired outcomes.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. EduPulse reserves the right to reschedule or cancel coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

EduPulse will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our coaching services. We are not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by you following our coaching sessions.

9. Termination

EduPulse reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in inappropriate conduct during coaching sessions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Africa.
